About
Hello! I am Jenifer Winn
With 19 years of experience as an in-home caregiver, I expanded my specialty into fourth trimester support and healing as a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula. I walk alongside mothers and babies through their most vulnerable, transformative moments. Today, I bring trauma-informed, evidence-based, traditional, holistic, and integrative postpartum and newborn nurturing care to families across the Treasure Coast.
Services
Postpartum Support
Supportive in-home care one day or multiple days per week as you recover from labor and delivery. I help you to take it easy, rest up and recover so you can experience a full recovery. I help with light housekeeping, prepare nourishing meals and snacks for you. I provide trauma-informed emotional support, self-care encouragement. I am happy to meet you right where you are. Being part of your support would be an honor.
In-Home Coaching
I provide evidence-based guidance tailored to your unique situation. Whether you need assistance for 1 hour or up to 24 hours, I'm here to help, from nursery setup suggestions to safe sleep and sleep conditioning that will begin to prepare your newborn to sleep through the night. Nutrition for both baby and mom, clean and safe baby product information and everything else in between. Available to help you
from your third trimester through first year postpartum.
Virtual Coaching
Empowering virtual coaching tailored to your unique parenting challenges, goals and desired outcome.
I offer support ranging from infant growth and development, to common challenges such as sleep issues, reflux and colic. I also support new moms as they navigate their vulnerable postpartum journey. Sessions are held conveniently by phone or video call so you can receive the guidance that meets you exactly right where you are.
